sickness isn’t kind

Here is the problem: I got sick. I’m finally starting to recover now. Today, I did my first indoor cycling session — 30 minutes of free riding on Zwift. I don’t feel 100%, far from it. Although my recovery score has been above 90% for the past few days, my body still needs more time to recover properly. I hope I’ll be fully recovered by the end of the week and able to start training again soon.

My diet hasn’t been perfect either. During my illness, I ate whatever I felt like — some nutritious foods and some not so much. I want to improve in this area, especially with the holidays coming up. I’ll need a solid plan to stay on track.

As for computers, I’ve made a few small changes to my apps. I started a big project, but after more than three wasted days, I decided to put it on hold for now. My focus has shifted to making small improvements and, most importantly, finding an idea for my next app. My long-term goal is to eventually earn a living from app development. I know I’m far from that, so for now, it’s just an interesting hobby.

Oh, and I’ve also designed a new logo for my website. I created it using my iPad and Procreate. I’ve designed a few more options, so I might shuffle between them or create some new ones.
